Engagement with Destiny Marketing LLC establishes an agreement regarding the scope, payment, and delivery of our digital marketing services, consulting, and related work.

Service Delivery and Timelines

Destiny Marketing LLC provides services such as SEO, paid media management, content and social marketing, and conversion-focused website support. Search rankings, ad platform learning phases, and audience growth depend partly on factors outside our control. Timelines and performance targets discussed during onboarding are good-faith estimates, not guaranteed outcomes.

Billing, Retainers, and Ad Spend

Invoices may include agency fees and, where applicable, advertising spend managed on your behalf. Funds deployed to third-party ad platforms are generally non-refundable once spent by those platforms. Retainer and project fees are due according to your signed agreement or invoice terms so work can continue without interruption.

Client Responsibilities

To keep campaigns moving, clients of Destiny Marketing LLC agree to provide timely access to websites, ad accounts, brand assets, and approvals when requested. Delays in sharing credentials, content, or feedback may shift project timelines and the start of paid or organic initiatives.
